Banners need to have full name and position on and if they do not this needs to be put onto the banner – elections committee will provide marker pens if they need them
Publicity needs to include your full name and position and can get approval from Ruth Wadsworth, David Kerr or Ailish Lucas.

Petitions are allowed but please use Guild facilities to print off the petition.

A candidate was allowed to take part in the burn fm hustings a day later because they were out of the country.
