Banners need to have full name and position on and if they do not this needs to be put onto the banner – elections committee will provide marker pens if they need them
Publicity needs to include your full name and position and can get approval from Ruth Wadsworth, David Kerr or Ailish Lucas.

Acetates are only to be used from Vibe Graphix.
Petitions are allowed but please use Guild facilities to print off the petition.

A candidate was allowed to take part in the burn fm hustings a day later because they were out of the country.

Please ask elections committee exactly what items you are liberating and they will then decide.

• Facebook

Facebook is considered to be a legitimate part of your campaign and we advise that you all have one.
Elections committee will be setting up their own facebook so they can communicate to you through it.

Candidates are allowed to give out sweets.
Candidates are not allowed to make charitable donations.

Selly Oak Campus: 9am to 2pm (In the foyer of the Orchard Learning Resource Centre)
Volunteering Fair: 11am to 4pm (In the Guild Deb Hall)
Rock the Vote: 10pm to 12am (In Guild Reception during the Lee Ryan Rock the Vote Party)
Manor House: 5.30pm to 7.30pm (Halls of Residence - Reception entrance)
Munrow Sports Centre: 1:00pm to 5pm (Reception)

Thursday 1st March

Spar: 9am to 6pm (Mermaid Square entrance to the Guild)
Common Room: 11am to 3pm (1st floor social space in the Guild)
Grange Road Gate: 9am to 6pm
Library: 9am to 6pm (Ground floor soft speaking area)
Medical School: 12pm to 2pm (Canteen)
Shackleton: 5.30pm to 7.30pm (Reception)
